PRODUCTIONS REPRESENTATIVE
The prod team will coordinate with you to ensure that all the requirements are available when needed and ensure these are submitted in a timely basis to avoid production delays.
CONTENT EVALUATOR
To ensure that your work meets with the Touchstone standard, your Content Evaluator will conduct a legal vetting process to all materials submitted to avoid lawsuits with our project.
ENCODER, EDITOR, AND ILLUSTRATOR
The encoder, editor, and illustrator will take care of your respective data entry, editing or illustration (when needed) requirements whether these services are already included in your package.
Step 3: Production
Work with us to guarantee that your specifications meet the criteria and that everything is discussed.
MARKETING CONSULTANT
Your representative will discuss the options and services available to you based on your book. Brainstorm with your representative and advisors we have to get the best powerhouse services needed for your book.
PAYMENT CENTRAL REPRESENTATIVE
The agency will take care of processing your payment and confirming when it is done so that the team will be informed that the project has been funded and is ready to be in production.
AGREEMENT CONTROL REPRESENTATIVE
Your agreement Control Representative will make sure that you’ve read and understand Touchstone’s Terms and Condition when you sign your contract.
MARKETING CONSULTANT
At this level, surely, you already have built a great relationship with your book acquisition specialist. Coordinating between you and the production team. Your specialist will help you submit and decide which to submit to the prod team and will explain as your project moves through the company.
Your specialist will also help you create the RIGHT marketing plan for your book by consulting through our network of experts who are key people in film and the literary industry.
Step 4: Final Prep
You're just one step away from the final product. Send us your permission, and we will work on the finishing touches and deliver.
MARKETING CONSULTANT
At this point, your specialist will make sure that your expectation have been met. While your book is being finalized, you and your specialist should continue the preparations for your book marketing campaign.
FINAL QUALITY ASSESSMENT (FQA)
The FQA Specialist will do a final design and quality check for compliance.
CONTENT EVALUATOR
The project will be sent back to the content evaluator to make sure that it conforms to Touchstone content and guidelines after going through all the revision stages.
Step 5: The Finish Line
Congratulations! Your project is now being marketed through various distribution channels and chosen online merchants and is available for purchase.
MARKETING CONSULTANT
Your specialist will handle your book orders and will help you determine the number of books that you should keep in stock based on your goals and planned author events.
Your specialist will act as a liaison between you and the fulfilling team of your marketing services - the services included in your package, if any, or those have purchased separately.
